Description

  • Own the product roadmap for the API, Catena Connect, customer dashboard, Track-and-Trace, fleet intelligence, and new product lines.
  • Conduct direct customer discovery to understand workflows, pain points, and decision-making needs.
  • Translate customer needs into clear product requirements for engineering.
  • Act as the primary product owner across leadership, engineering, forward-deployed engineering, and go-to-market teams.
  • Shape data products including normalized schemas, write-back flows, webhooks, scorecards, and AI-agent-facing surfaces.
  • Define and track success metrics tied to customer outcomes, product consumption, expansion, and retention.
  • Partner with Customer Success and forward-deployed engineering to drive adoption and account expansion.
  • Iterate quickly, communicate early-stage ideas openly, and deliver on predictable timelines.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience in freight, logistics, telematics, or supply chain.
  • Experience with B2B data products, APIs, or platforms.
  • Ability to read API documentation, contribute to schema design discussions, and write engineering-ready requirements.
  • Track record of taking products from concept through launch and iteration on committed timelines.
  • Strong customer discovery skills and willingness to engage directly with industry users.
  • Ability to simplify complex systems for developers, operators, and executives.
  • Comfort operating with high autonomy and accountability in a seed-stage company.
  • Hands-on experience with telematics platforms such as Samsara, Motive, or Geotab; TMS systems; or fleet-adjacent fintech (preferred).
  • Exposure to geospatial or real-time event-driven systems (preferred).
  • Experience at an early-stage or high-growth startup, or familiarity with AI/agent-facing or data-intensive products (preferred).
