Description

  • Participate in developing strategic plans, goals, and objectives aligned with Market Operations and company priorities.
  • Work with senior management to define documentation accuracy goals and objectives.
  • Manage and audit the completeness and accuracy of customer paperwork within the hub and direct corrective actions as needed.
  • Define and implement paperwork best practices to ensure compliance with applicable regulatory standards.
  • Evaluate team effectiveness and hub-level success in paperwork accuracy and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide guidance and performance feedback to Paperwork Specialists, Customer Advocates, and market leadership.
  • Assess process gaps and solve operational issues by leveraging expertise and cross-functional teams.
  • Assist customers by phone, email, and text to gather information needed for paperwork, titling, and registration.
  • Partner with Regulatory Compliance to maintain compliance best practices and identify training needs.
  • Work with local regulatory agencies and partners to receive, generate, and submit required paperwork.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of experience in document processing, including medical billing, paralegal, or similar experience.
  • Ability to lead a team while maintaining accountability and growth.
  • Ability to coach performance for both direct reports and peers.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a notary credential in the local jurisdiction within the first 90 days.
  • Ability to manage, organize, and reconcile multiple sources of information with accuracy.
  • Ability to diagnose, prioritize, and solve problems of varying complexity.
  • Ability to communicate professionally and courteously with customers, partners, managers, direct reports, and coworkers.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Ability to work independently with little to no supervision and meet deadlines.
  • Computer literacy and strong data entry accuracy.
  • Ability to work variable schedules, including weekends.
  • Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver’s license.
  • Must have a clean driving record with no DUIs and no more than two moving violations in the last 3 years.
  • This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
  • Hiring is contingent on passing a complete background check.
