Description

Travel to markets across the assigned region to coach and develop Title and Registration team members.
Provide mentoring, accountability, and succession planning through ongoing leadership development.
Communicate expectations, performance measures, goals, and business information clearly to team members and leaders.
Work with management to define department goals and objectives that improve customer and employee experience.
Build and maintain strong relationships with Market Operations, Titles, Customer Experience leaders, and other stakeholders.
Oversee staffing across multiple markets to ensure coverage meets demand.
Partner with the Regulatory Legal Team on strategic plans that align with local and state guidelines.
Identify, implement, and improve processes to increase operational efficiency.
Assist with interviewing, selecting, and onboarding Specialist team members.
Address complex and sensitive customer-facing issues and escalate business risks when needed.
Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports on quality metrics, targets, and goals.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited undergraduate institution.
5+ years of work experience in a customer-facing team environment.
3+ years of management experience.
Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record for the past 3 years.
Ability to pass a drug screen, background check, and MVR driving background check.
Experience with strategic planning and process improvement.
Strong sense of urgency and ability to improve operational efficiency.
Ability to work in an office environment with extensive computer use.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to understand technical and complex concepts and explain them clearly to others.
Strong problem-solving and project management skills.
Ability to work variable schedules as needed.
Ability to travel on a quarterly basis.
Experience with Tableau or other reporting tools (preferred).
Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
Ability to perform the job safely.
