Description

Develop and manage a team of functional experts who support strategic initiatives at auction sites.
Lead the execution of major operational changes across auction locations in partnership with General Managers.
Assess site-specific challenges and deploy customized solutions to remove barriers to implementation.
Provide training and support to field teams on new processes and systems to drive adoption.
Strengthen communication and alignment between field teams and corporate functions.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure required tools, equipment, and resources are available at each site.
Create a supportive environment for auction teams during periods of change.
Provide feedback to corporate leadership on site-specific challenges and successes.
Support effective implementation of ADESA initiatives and promote operational excellence.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Minimum of 7 years in a leadership role leading cross-functional teams and managing high-impact projects, preferably in field operations or a change management environment.
Willingness to travel 80% of the time.
Experience overseeing complex projects with multiple stakeholders, timelines, deliverables, and strategic alignment.
Experience managing large-scale change initiatives with a focus on buy-in, training, and sustainable operational adoption.
Ability to assess site-specific challenges, analyze data, prioritize needs, and deploy targeted solutions.
Proven track record of leading and developing others.
Strong analytical thinking and organizational skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to learn quickly and transfer knowledge effectively.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment and sometimes be exposed to excessive heat or cold.
Competence with data management tools, project management software, and communication platforms.
Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must have a valid driver's license.
Must have a clean driving record with no more than two moving violations or DUIs in the last three years.
Hiring is contingent on passing a complete background check.
