Description

  • Develop high-impact training and instructional content that supports Safe & Secure team priorities and processes.
  • Collaborate with target audiences and internal stakeholders to define training needs and gather feedback.
  • Design and deliver learning solutions such as videos, e-learning modules, workbooks, instructor guides, and job aids.
  • Build and support instructor-led training for technical and leadership roles.
  • Coordinate with partners on learning content that upskills internal teams.
  • Track training completion and evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and initiatives.
  • Drive continuous improvement of training content, programs, and learning solutions.
  • Maintain and support learning management system content and execution, including Workday Learning.
  • Work with subject matter experts and technical teams across the organization to produce scalable content.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of instructional design experience.
  • Understanding of adult learning principles and learning methodologies.
  • 1-3 years of experience in safety, security, or asset protection.
  • Experience with Workday Learning, including user administration, content creation, reporting, and analytics.
  • Introductory knowledge of Articulate Rise and Storyline.
  • Basic knowledge of Canva and the full Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Understanding of project management, organization, and planning.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a creative, flexible mindset in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic understanding of data analysis techniques to measure training effectiveness.
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited undergraduate institution preferred.
  • Superior writing, editing, and proofreading skills preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and acute attention to detail preferred.
  • Experience with Google Suite preferred.
  • Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
  • Hiring is contingent on passing a complete background check.
  • This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
