Description

  • Deliver vehicles directly to customers' homes using custom car haulers.
  • Load, unload, and inspect vehicles to ensure they are safe for transport and delivery.
  • Complete customer paperwork and enter detailed notes into the customer tracking system.
  • Drive safely and maintain a clean driving record in compliance with Carvana's CMV Driver Qualification policy.
  • Support customers and represent the company in a customer-facing role.
  • Work rotating shifts with availability across 7 days a week, including weekdays and weekends.
  • Participate in local community-facing customer delivery activities.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of customer-facing experience.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age and possess a valid driver's license.
  • Must be able to pass a drug test and obtain a DOT Medical Card.
  • Must be able to obtain a Notary credential in the local jurisdiction within the first 90 days of employment, with the process sponsored by Carvana.
  • Must meet state-specific requirements for access to DMV/title and registration systems.
  • Illinois, Michigan, Louisiana, and Missouri applicants must obtain a Chauffeur's license or other state specialty license within the first two weeks of employment, if applicable.
  • California applicants must obtain a Vehicle Verifier license within the first 90 days of employment, if applicable.
  • Nevada, Tennessee, and Virginia applicants must apply for a Salesperson license within the first two weeks of employment, if applicable.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including detailing and loading/unloading vehicles in indoor and outdoor conditions and in inclement or extreme weather.
  • Ability to stand and remain physically active for 8+ hours, with capacity to lift, push, pull, carry, grasp, reach, twist, kneel, crouch, climb, balance, and squat.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
  • Frequent driving requires excellent visual acuity and manual dexterity.
  • This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
