Description

  • Deliver vehicles directly to customers’ homes using custom car haulers.
  • Load and unload vehicles onto the hauler and inspect the hauler and vehicles for safety before driving.
  • Complete customer paperwork and enter thorough notes in the customer tracking system.
  • Maintain safe driving practices and a clean driving record in accordance with company policy.
  • Interact with customers in a customer-facing role to support a positive delivery experience.
  • Participate in local community activities and represent the company in the field.
  • Work scheduled shifts across seven days a week, with rotating weekdays and weekend days off.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of customer-facing experience.
  • Ability to work one of the scheduled shift windows: 7am-5pm, 9am-7pm, or 11am-9pm.
  • Availability to work 7 days a week with rotating days off.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age and possess a valid driver's license.
  • Must pass a drug test and obtain a DOT Medical Card.
  • Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
  • Must be able to perform physically demanding work, including loading/unloading vehicles and detailing in indoor and outdoor conditions.
  • Must be able to stand and walk for 8+ hours and perform movements such as reaching, twisting, kneeling, crouching, climbing, balancing, and squatting.
  • Must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
  • Must have or obtain a Notary credential within the first 90 days, with process sponsored by Carvana.
  • Must be able to satisfy state-specific DMV/title and registration access requirements.
  • Illinois, Michigan, Louisiana, and Missouri employees must obtain a Chauffeur's license or other state specialty license within the first two weeks.
  • California employees must obtain a Vehicle Verifier license within the first 90 days.
  • Nevada, Tennessee, and Virginia employees must apply for a Salesperson license within the first two weeks.
  • Commercial license is not required to drive the hauler, and training will be provided.
