Description

  • Deliver vehicles directly to customers using Carvana’s custom car haulers.
  • Load and unload vehicles onto the hauler and inspect the hauler to help ensure vehicles remain safe to drive.
  • Complete customer paperwork and add thorough notes to the customer tracking system.
  • Maintain safe driving practices and a clean driving record in accordance with Carvana’s CMV Driver Qualification policy.
  • Support customers and represent the company in a customer-facing role.
  • Participate in local community engagement and customer delivery experiences.
  • Work scheduled shifts from 11am to 9pm and rotate days off across weekdays and weekends.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of customer-facing experience.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age and possess a valid driver's license.
  • Must be able to pass a drug test and obtain a DOT Medical Card.
  • Ability to work 7 days a week with rotating weekday and weekend days off.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding work, including detailing vehicles and loading/unloading in indoor and outdoor conditions.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time, including 8+ hours.
  • Ability to reach, twist, kneel, crouch, climb, balance, squat, and handle high and low levels of movement.
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
  • Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
  • Must be able to satisfy state-specific DMV/title and registration system access requirements.
  • Must obtain a Notary credential within the first 90 days of employment, with sponsorship provided by Carvana.
  • Illinois, Michigan, Louisiana, and Missouri employees must obtain a Chauffeur's license or other state specialty license within the first two weeks of employment.
  • California employees must obtain a Vehicle Verifier license within the first 90 days of employment.
  • Frequent driving requires excellent visual acuity and manual dexterity.
  • This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
