Description

  • Deliver vehicles directly to customers’ homes using company car haulers.
  • Load and unload vehicles onto the hauler and inspect vehicles to ensure they are safe to drive.
  • Complete customer paperwork and enter detailed notes into the customer tracking system.
  • Maintain safe driving practices and a clean driving record in line with company policy.
  • Interact with customers in a professional, enthusiastic, and self-motivated manner.
  • Participate in local community-facing work as part of the customer experience role.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of customer-facing experience.
  • Must be available to work 7 days a week with rotating weekdays and weekends.
  • Ability to work scheduled shifts between 7am-5pm, 9am-7pm, or 11am-9pm.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license.
  • Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
  • Must be able to pass a drug test and obtain a DOT Medical Card.
  • Must be able to satisfy state-specific DMV/title and registration system requirements.
  • Must obtain a Notary within the first 90 days of employment, with Carvana sponsoring the process.
  • Illinois, Michigan, Louisiana, and Missouri employees must obtain a Chauffeur’s license or other required state specialty license within the first two weeks.
  • California employees must obtain a Vehicle Verifier license within the first 90 days.
  • Nevada, Tennessee, and Virginia employees must apply for a Salesperson license within the first two weeks.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding work in indoor and outdoor conditions, including exposure to extreme weather.
  • Ability to stand and walk for 8+ hours and perform movements such as reaching, twisting, kneeling, crouching, climbing, balancing, and squatting.
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
  • Frequent driving requires excellent visual acuity and manual dexterity.
