Description

  • Deliver vehicles directly to customers’ homes using company car haulers.
  • Load and unload vehicles onto the hauler and inspect the equipment and vehicles for safe operation.
  • Complete customer paperwork and enter detailed notes into the customer tracking system.
  • Maintain a safe driving record and follow Carvana’s CMV Driver Qualification policy.
  • Interact with customers in a customer-facing role focused on a positive car-buying experience.
  • Participate in local community-facing activities as part of the role.
  • Work scheduled shifts that may run 7 days a week with rotating days off.
  • Support vehicle detailing and other physically demanding tasks in indoor and outdoor conditions.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of customer-facing experience.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license.
  • Must be able to pass a drug test and obtain a DOT Medical Card.
  • Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
  • Must be able to perform physically demanding work, including standing or walking for 8+ hours and lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Must be able to work in varying weather conditions, including extreme heat, snow, and other inclement weather.
  • Must be able to obtain a Notary commission within the first 90 days of employment, with Carvana sponsoring the process.
  • Must meet state-specific DMV/title and registration system access requirements.
  • Illinois, Michigan, Louisiana, and Missouri employees must obtain a Chauffeur’s or other state specialty license within the first two weeks of employment.
  • California employees must obtain a Vehicle Verifier license within the first 90 days of employment.
  • Nevada, Tennessee, and Virginia employees must apply for a Salesperson license within the first two weeks of employment.
  • This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
