Description

  • Deliver vehicles directly to customers using custom car haulers.
  • Load and unload vehicles onto the hauler and inspect the equipment for safe operation.
  • Complete customer paperwork and enter detailed notes into the customer tracking system.
  • Drive safely and maintain a clean driving record in accordance with Carvana policy.
  • Provide customer-facing support while representing Carvana in the field and local community.
  • Work scheduled shifts across seven days a week, including rotating weekday and weekend days off.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of customer-facing experience.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Must be able to obtain a Notary in the local jurisdiction within the first 90 days of employment, with the process sponsored by Carvana.
  • Must satisfy state-specific requirements for access to DMV/title and registration systems.
  • Illinois, Michigan, Louisiana, and Missouri candidates must obtain a Chauffeur's license or other state specialty license within the first two weeks of employment, sponsored by Carvana.
  • California candidates must obtain a Vehicle Verifier license within the first 90 days of employment, sponsored by Carvana.
  • Must be able to perform physically demanding tasks, including loading/unloading vehicles and detailing in indoor and outdoor conditions, including extreme weather.
  • Must be able to stand and walk for 8+ hours and lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
  • Must pass a drug test and obtain a DOT Medical Card.
  • Commercial license is not required to drive the hauler.
  • Visa sponsorship is not available.
