Description

  • Inspect vehicles for mechanical, drivability, and cosmetic concerns.
  • Wash and vacuum inventory on a regular basis.
  • Complete multi-point inspections on arriving inventory, including fuel level, safety features, drivability testing, and disclosure checks.
  • Maintain positive relationships with coworkers and external vendors.
  • Communicate and coordinate with team members and management across the business.
  • Adhere to regular and predictable attendance requirements.
  • Support timely deliveries and overall customer satisfaction.
  • Work outdoors and in varied environmental conditions as part of daily operations.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent is desirable.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license.
  • Must have a clean driving record for the past 3 years.
  • Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds independently and carry/transport up to 60 pounds up to 20 feet.
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform frequent stretching, reaching, walking, stooping, pushing, and pulling.
  • Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions and in environments that may be cold, hot, noisy, wet, or have fumes or odors.
  • Must have excellent visual acuity and manual dexterity.
  • Must be able to use safety equipment such as face shields or goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, masks, and other protective gear.
  • Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
  • Must be willing to undergo a complete background check.
  • Must have frequent driving ability and some typing capability.
  • This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.

  • Pay progression to $16 per hour within 12 months based on performance.
