Description

  • Own the Clinical Data and Interoperability product vision, strategy, and objectives.
  • Lead the product work for the Clinical Data and Interoperability verticals, including team ceremonies and release execution.
  • Build and evolve data infrastructure in partnership with engineering to support measurement of product impact on health equity.
  • Lead interoperability strategy and deepen integrations across key electronic health record systems.
  • Work with Product, Customer Success, Engineering, and leadership stakeholders to understand customer needs and shape product direction.
  • Lead customer discovery to identify emerging needs that may influence data and interoperability strategy.
  • Write clear and comprehensive product requirements documents that define the customer problem and proposed solution.
  • Manage the product lifecycle from ideation through launch, coordinating with design and engineering to deliver quality releases.
  • Maintain up-to-date and accessible product documentation.
  • Serve as the internal point person for product-related questions, user issue resolution, and feedback triage.

Requirements

  • Explicit, direct experience with clinical data and interoperability is required.
  • Proven experience owning product verticals at B2B SaaS health technology companies in data and interoperability.
  • 2 or more prior product management roles.
  • Strong track record of independently solving problems within cross-functional product development teams.
  • Extensive experience with healthcare data and interoperability standards such as FHIR and HL7.
  • Experience working with electronic health records.
  • Interest in working remotely; the company has been remote since 2019.
  • Commitment to building and fostering diversity and inclusion in team environments.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical stakeholders and customers.
  • Self-starter with a strong ability to learn complex products and domains quickly.
