Description

  • Oversee all employment and training initiatives within the Workforce Solutions Center.
  • Ensure facilities, staff, and clients have access to essential tools, materials, accessibility, and safety procedures.
  • Manage center purchasing, inventory records, reporting tasks, and spending related to operations.
  • Identify community partnerships, collaborate with professionals, and maintain partner relationships.
  • Coordinate cross-training opportunities, assess employee performance, and recommend recognition or corrective action as needed.
  • Manage the center budget and propose funding allocations for service delivery.
  • Coordinate outreach and promotional events with Business Services and Marketing & Communications to increase awareness of center services.
  • Create and execute customer satisfaction strategies with measurable improvement goals.
  • Track service outcomes for clients and staff to maintain high-quality delivery standards and handle complaints through grievance procedures.
  • Coordinate with Program Managers to maintain service delivery workflows, supervise staff work activity, and support hiring, promotions, coaching, and evaluations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, public relations, community organization/development, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 4 years of supervisory or management experience.
  • Preferred knowledge and experience with workforce development program operations and development.
  • Strong business knowledge of customer service best practices and performance management.
  • Experience in training and coaching/mentoring.
  • Strong project management, organizational, personnel, problem-solving, and data analysis skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
  • Strong technical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Commitment to accountability in a continually improving quality environment.
  • Valid driver’s license and adequate vehicle insurance coverage.
  • Bilingual or multilingual ability is preferred.
  • Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
  • Experience with workforce development contracts/programs is preferred.
  • Training in Trauma Informed Care, evidence-based practice, and/or whole family services is preferred.

Benefits

  • Salary range of $82,000-$92,000 per year.
  • Full-time, non-exempt employment status.
  • 40% regional travel.
