Description

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets across CareDx’s product portfolio through effective territory planning and execution.
  • Grow new and existing accounts through product launches, expanded utilization, and tailored marketing support.
  • Educate healthcare customers on NavDx’s clinical value, safety, and indications.
  • Use consultative selling to identify customer needs, develop account-specific solutions, secure stakeholder buy-in, and support implementation.
  • Engage medical oncologists, radiation oncologists, head and neck surgeons, colorectal surgeons, nurses, and office staff.
  • Manage the South Florida territory through strategic call planning, Salesforce utilization, and timely administrative follow-through.
  • Maintain professionalism, integrity, and compliance with quality and regulatory standards.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of healthcare sales experience; 5+ years in a startup environment preferred.
  • 3+ years selling Laboratory Developed Tests to healthcare providers treating cancer strongly preferred.
  • Proven record of exceeding sales goals in complex sales environments.
  • Experience launching new LDTs and independently managing large, multi-state territories.
  • Experience with complex and strategic sales processes; Miller Heiman knowledge is a differentiator.
  • Established relationships with medical oncologists, radiation oncologists, otolaryngologists, and colorectal surgeons.
  • Strong relationships with academic medical centers and experience in complex, multispecialty disease settings.
  • Proficiency with Excel, Salesforce.com, and Tableau.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder-influence skills.
  • Willingness to travel domestically up to 75%; must live in South Florida, hold a valid U.S. driver’s license, and be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Benefits

  • $150,000–$175,000 anticipated U.S. base salary.
  • Eligibility for discretionary bonuses and incentives.
  • Potential eligibility for restricted stock units.
  • Remote, U.S.-only work arrangement.
