Description

  • Lead end-to-end design for high-impact initiatives from discovery and framing through launch and iteration.
  • Shape problem definition and help teams move from ambiguity to clear direction.
  • Design complex workflow-driven experiences involving data, configuration, planning, automation, or AI-assisted interactions.
  • Translate evolving requirements into interaction models, information architecture, and polished UI.
  • Develop strong design perspectives that influence product decisions.
  • Partner closely with Product and Engineering to balance user needs, technical constraints, and business goals.
  • Prototype to explore ideas, validate assumptions, and support alignment.
  • Elevate craft and systems thinking by contributing reusable patterns and improving long-term product quality.
  • Participate in an on-call rotation to provide after-hours support for critical issues and system uptime.

Requirements

  • 7+ years designing digital products, ideally in B2B SaaS or enterprise software.
  • Experience leading complex product work involving structured data, systems, or platform experiences.
  • Comfort navigating ambiguity and taking initiative within large problem spaces.
  • Strong product judgment and the ability to articulate clear reasoning behind decisions.
  • Expertise across UX, interaction design, visual design, and prototyping.
  • A track record of independently driving meaningful work to high-quality outcomes.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Figma and modern design collaboration tools.
  • Must reside near one of the listed locations: Menlo Park, CA; Austin, TX; Raleigh, NC; Nashville, TN; or Toronto, Canada, with hybrid work required in some locations.
  • Willingness to work in a full-time role and participate in an on-call rotation.
