Description

  • Manage the Government Programs Operations team shared Outlook mailbox and ensure timely, accurate, and complete responses.
  • Lead and execute pharmacy outreach initiatives related to CMS disputes while following regulatory requirements and internal procedures.
  • Validate system enhancements by evaluating output data, identifying discrepancies, and recommending improvements to system performance and data integrity.
  • Design, maintain, and continuously improve documentation frameworks including job aids, policies and procedures, SOPs, and training materials.
  • Develop and optimize internal workflows and job aids to standardize processes and identify efficiency opportunities.
  • Oversee daily PDE reconciliation activities, analyze trends, identify variances, and address discrepancies to support data accuracy and compliance.
  • Manage and resolve escalations from claims monitoring activities using critical thinking, root cause analysis, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Support strategic Government Programs Operations initiatives by contributing insights and process improvements as assigned.
  • Plan, coordinate, and facilitate cross-functional meetings to drive alignment, resolve issues, and advance operational objectives.
  • Collaborate with team members and business partners to address operational needs and support broader organizational goals.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in an equivalent role.
  • High school diploma required.
  • Experience with Medicare Part D preferred.
  • Pharmacy Technician experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Experience working in high-growth, startup environments is an advantage.
  • A positive and upbeat attitude.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and juggle multiple priorities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within and across teams.

Benefits

  • Remote work available for non-local candidates, with hybrid work available for candidates local to the Denver or NYC area.
  • Remote US base salary range of $69,200 to $100,000 USD.
  • New York, NY base salary range of $87,200 to $109,000 USD.
  • Denver, CO base salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 USD.
