Description

  • Act as a subject matter expert for the workflow tooling landscape, with a specific focus on Atlassian products.
  • Collaborate with business partners to define, document, and implement workflow and workflow automation requests.
  • Assist partner teams in shaping their roadmap on workflow automation platforms.
  • Design and develop clean, maintainable, and performant components, workflows, and software.
  • Identify and remove technical debt in the platform.
  • Participate in code reviews and quality assurance processes.
  • Provide feedback to the organization and remain open to feedback from others.
  • Partner with teams to create meaningful customer journeys across associated call center systems.
  • Correct production issues that affect service, revenue, or fulfillment teams with urgency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience as a developer.
  • 2+ years of experience as a developer with a focus on Atlassian products.
  • Strong understanding of relational databases and SQL.
  • Strong understanding of Postman, SOAPUI, or other API testing tools.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies.
  • Ability to work in cross-functional teams.
  • Extreme attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Desire to learn continuously and work in unfamiliar technology areas.
  • Experience in the health care industry preferred, with strong preference for Pharmacy Benefit Management expertise.
  • Must have authorization to work in the U.S. at the time of application and throughout employment; no visa sponsorship is provided.

Benefits

  • Remote work for non-local candidates or hybrid work for candidates local to the NYC area.
  • Salary range of $122,800 to $153,500 USD.
