Description

  • Support implementation and client management teams with day-to-day client requirements.
  • Manage client benefit requests accurately and on time, including benefit changes, eligibility changes, and new implementations.
  • Analyze incoming client requests and coordinate with internal and external teams to complete required plan documentation.
  • Support the implementation of new plans, pricing, and networks aligned to administrative or strategic intent.
  • Lead pre- and post-implementation quality assurance and testing to validate coding accuracy.
  • Lead claim reviews to identify discrepancies or inaccuracies and develop solutions to address them.
  • Handle and resolve sponsor and member issues, escalating when necessary.
  • Research and respond to claims processing and system configuration inquiries.
  • Coordinate the integration of additional data inputs into client management processes.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support general client operations as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with strong academic performance, or equivalent work experience.
  • 1+ years of experience in PBM, health plans, benefits consulting, or healthcare.
  • Experience building trusting internal and external relationships.
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives, meeting deadlines, and executing deliverables.
  • Experience working with structured and unstructured data.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SQL is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized, flexible, and able to shift priorities quickly.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
  • Remote or hybrid work location, local to the NYC or Denver area.

Benefits

  • Remote or hybrid work arrangement for candidates local to the NYC or Denver area.
  • Base salary range of $60,000 to $75,000 USD.
