Description

Support implementation and client management teams with day-to-day client requirements.
Manage client benefit requests accurately and on time, including benefit changes, eligibility changes, and new implementations.
Analyze incoming client requests and coordinate with internal and external teams to complete required plan documentation.
Support the implementation of new plans, pricing, and networks aligned to administrative or strategic intent.
Lead pre- and post-implementation quality assurance and testing to validate coding accuracy.
Lead claim reviews to identify discrepancies or inaccuracies and develop solutions to address them.
Handle and resolve sponsor and member issues, escalating when necessary.
Research and respond to claims processing and system configuration inquiries.
Coordinate the integration of additional data inputs into client management processes.
Collaborate cross-functionally to support general client operations as needed.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree with strong academic performance, or equivalent work experience.
1+ years of experience in PBM, health plans, benefits consulting, or healthcare.
Experience building trusting internal and external relationships.
Experience leading cross-functional initiatives, meeting deadlines, and executing deliverables.
Experience working with structured and unstructured data.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SQL is a plus.
Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Highly organized, flexible, and able to shift priorities quickly.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
Remote or hybrid work location, local to the NYC or Denver area.

Benefits

Remote or hybrid work arrangement for candidates local to the NYC or Denver area.
Base salary range of $60,000 to $75,000 USD.
