Description

  • Conduct detailed gap analyses of trading data from multiple source systems.
  • Identify discrepancies and compare data attributes across different systems.
  • Develop and maintain automated gap reporting using Python and SQL.
  • Build and maintain Python scripts for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Meet with upstream and downstream stakeholders to define implementation logic where required.
  • Record meeting notes in line with PMO standards.
  • Support process improvement initiatives through data analysis.
  • Translate complex data into actionable business insights.

Requirements

  • 3-6 years of experience, with 3-5 years in banking data analysis and problem solving.
  • Advanced proficiency in Python, including experience with pandas.
  • Strong SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation.
  • Experience with Power BI or Python visualization libraries.
  • Experience conducting gap analyses and process improvement initiatives.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and manage project tasks.
  • Understanding of collateral management principles and regulatory requirements is beneficial.
  • Experience working with trading data or financial services systems is preferred.
