Description

  • Lead the development, coordination, and production of proposal materials across all stages of the pursuit process.
  • Drive large, strategic, and complex pursuits from proposal coordination through interview support.
  • Collaborate with Marketing teammates, BMBD partners, and Client Leaders to develop pursuit strategies and win work.
  • Create and update resumes, portfolio pages, presentations, and related marketing materials within brand standards.
  • Develop collateral that supports the firm’s markets, offices, and services.
  • Provide marketing research for market, office, client, and pursuit strategy.
  • Lead local and regional brand marketing activities such as sponsorships, award submissions, events, and photography.
  • Develop strong knowledge of the firm’s portfolio, personnel, and offerings.
  • Support training and ongoing development of Marketing Specialists with the Regional Marketing Team Leader.
  • Maintain proposal files, update VantagePoint, and review work for accuracy and quality.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field is required.
  • 5+ years of related experience in a marketing or communications role for a professional services firm is required.
  • 7+ years of experience is preferred.
  • Experience working in a marketing or communications role for a professional services firm is required.
  • Must be proactive, self-driven, organized, detail-oriented, and interested in innovation.
  • Strong time and project management skills are essential in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Ability to drive large, complex pursuits end-to-end is required.
  • Strong strategic thinking, writing, and design skills are required, with the potential and/or interest to further develop at least one of these areas.
  • Strong proficiency with InDesign, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required.
  • Familiarity with Deltek VantagePoint and Miro is a plus.
  • Must submit 2-3 work samples demonstrating proficiency with Adobe InDesign and other layout software such as PowerPoint, plus 1-2 writing samples.
  • Minimal travel may be required.

  • Annual base salary range of $69,200 to $86,500 for remote U.S. hires.
