Description

  • Collaborate with engineers and managers to build applications used by hotel customers worldwide.
  • Write clean, self-documenting code using best practices, design patterns, and agentic development flows.
  • Provide creative ideas to improve the product and technology.
  • Think beyond individual tickets to help delight customers and grow the business.
  • Mentor teammates through 1:1s and active code reviews.
  • Advise the tech lead on technical decisions.
  • Work independently with limited direction and take initiative on projects.
  • Partner closely with Product Managers to inform product decisions.
  • Build and maintain services that operate at large scale with operational excellence.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience.
  • Solid knowledge of developing backend applications.
  • Experience with JavaScript and common front-end frameworks such as VueJS or ReactJS.
  • Demonstrated ability to ship high-quality products.
  • Self-motivated, collaborative, and diligent work ethic.
  • Ability to handle ambiguity and work effectively with little direction.
  • Strong understanding of building quality, maintainable full-stack applications.
  • Passion for customer experience and product thinking.
  • Experience with operational excellence at scale (preferred).
