Description

  • Support planning, logistics, and execution of healthcare professional educational programs, peer-to-peer events, and hands-on trainings.
  • Assist with field and faculty communication and post-program follow-up activities.
  • Coordinate program materials, content, equipment, venue logistics, and customer travel as needed.
  • Support faculty onboarding and prepare faculty to deliver Calyxo messaging.
  • Assist with program reporting, attendance tracking, budget monitoring, and documentation.
  • Manage speaker logistics, contracts, payment processing, agreements, honoraria, and expense documentation.
  • Maintain and update faculty rosters, records, calendars, and tracking tools.
  • Provide administrative and logistical support for meetings, advisory boards, and ongoing engagement activities.
  • Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Commercial Acceleration, and Clinical/Medical Affairs to align professional education activities.
  • Support virtual education initiatives, including webinar setup, invitations, and backend technical coordination.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of experience, or equivalent combined education and experience.
  • 2–4 years of experience in medical device, healthcare education, training, or a related field.
  • Experience supporting professional education, training programs, or events strongly preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, manage multiple projects, and adapt as needed.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-service mindset.
  • Urology experience is a plus.
  • Ability to travel 30–40%.
  • Effective interpersonal skills within the commercial group and with accounts.
  • Proficiency with PC-based office computers, including Adobe, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Experience with video editing and Adobe Premiere preferred.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States is required.
