Description

  • Provide clinical case coverage as assigned, including proctoring and verbally supporting cases during training.
  • Train surgical teams and physicians on safe and effective use of the device and on instrument preparation before and during procedures.
  • Serve as an educational resource by acquiring and maintaining perioperative surgical knowledge and developing technical acumen.
  • Provide intra‑operative clinical product support and deliver intraoperative procedural guidance to surgical teams.
  • Maintain, prepare, and perform Quality Control audits on equipment and surgical kits prior to procedures.
  • Troubleshoot equipment according to standard procedures during case coverage.
  • Manage inventory for accounts: verify received and returned inventory matches shipping documents, reconcile usage, and investigate missing items.
  • Assist in delivery of procedural and sales training programs and support sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Demonstrate appropriate interactions with hospital service providers and ensure compliance with company policies (quality policy, on‑label promotion, and HCP interactions).
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support clinical, training, and commercial objectives.

Requirements

  • Clinical experience in surgical technique and sterile procedures in the operating room.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 80% and to travel outside the designated territory as required.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States and compliance with county, state, and federal vaccination rules.
  • Highly desirable: degree or certification in a medical‑related field (e.g., LPN, RN, Surgical Technologist, Radiologic Technologist).
  • Experience utilizing fluoroscopy is a plus.
  • Clinical Specialist II (preferred): 1–3 years industry experience or prior employment as a Clinical Specialist or with Mobile Litho Provider companies, comfort with start‑up pace, and ability to provide intraoperative procedural guidance.
  • Senior Clinical Specialist (preferred): 3+ years full‑time employment as a clinical specialist (or comparable role) in a medical device company focused on case coverage and patient outcomes, intraoperative coaching experience or strong staff/support training experience, and a track record of success; urology experience preferred.
  • Understanding of medical device industry practices and sales processes and training is preferred.
  • Customer relationship development and procedural skill development experience are highly desired.

Benefits

  • Total compensation range $100,000–$140,000 annually.
  • Base salary options of $80,000, $100,000, or $120,000 per year (DOE) plus an annual variable bonus of $20,000.
  • Auto allowance of $9,600 and cell phone/internet allowance of $1,800.
