Description

  • Design and build end-to-end AI solutions using machine learning, deep learning, NLP, and generative AI.
  • Develop LLM applications using foundation models, prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation, structured outputs, tool calling, and agent workflows.
  • Design AI agents that plan, reason, use tools, retrieve context, and execute actions within controlled business processes.
  • Build multi-agent orchestration workflows with observability, control flow, and fallback handling.
  • Deploy, monitor, maintain, and productionize AI models and agentic systems.
  • Develop data, inference, vector search, and agent memory or context pipelines.
  • Define evaluation frameworks for model quality, latency, safety, task completion, reliability, and business outcomes.
  • Optimize model selection, prompts, orchestration, latency, throughput, caching, token usage, and serving costs.
  • Apply security, privacy, responsible AI, governance, guardrails, permissions, and human-in-the-loop controls.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to solve complex conversation intelligence challenges.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; master’s degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience training, evaluating, testing, deploying, and monitoring machine learning models in production.
  • Hands-on experience with LLM applications, prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation, structured outputs, and model evaluation.
  • Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, Strands AI, or equivalent LLM and agent orchestration frameworks.
  • Experience building AI agents with planning, memory, tool calling, workflow orchestration, and external system integration.
  • Strong Python experience and backend development with Flask, Django, or similar frameworks.
  • Knowledge of machine learning fundamentals and NLP tasks including classification, NER, clustering, topic modeling, semantic search, and conversational AI.
  • Experience fine-tuning transformer models such as BERT, RoBERTa, or ALBERT, including tokenizers, embeddings, and adaptation techniques.
  • Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases, vector databases, embedding stores, data pipelines, model serving, observability, and production monitoring.
  • Familiarity with Linux, testing, CI/CD, APIs, version control, cloud platforms, Docker, Kubernetes, ETL, PostgreSQL, Snowflake, MongoDB, Kubeflow, or Airflow.
