Description

  • Oversee financial support for several business functions across the organization.
  • Prepare and present monthly financial results and KPI reporting to business leaders.
  • Serve as the primary FP&A contact for senior leaders, including ownership of annual budgeting and monthly forecasting processes.
  • Perform financial analysis of actual results against budget at the individual budget level.
  • Meet regularly with budget owners to review results and discuss variances.
  • Coordinate with business and accounting teams to support financial reporting and close processes.
  • Review monthly actual financial results during the close process to ensure accuracy.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and lead implementation efforts.
  • Support strategic goals through financial modeling and operational analysis.
  • Complete ad hoc financial analyses as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in finance or accounting.
  • Minimum of 4 years of progressive management experience.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills with the ability to engage senior leaders and diverse audiences.
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to influence in a matrix environment and resolve conflicts.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, interpret, and analyze data for internal reporting.
  • Successful completion of a background screening process, including employment verification, criminal search, OFAC, SS Verification, and credit and drug screening where applicable.
  • Experience with Oracle and Hyperion preferred.
  • Advanced degree in a related field preferred.
