Description

Generate, edit, and publish original social media content across text, image, and video formats.
Develop and implement social media advertising and management strategies based on research, audience targeting, and client goals.
Create visually appealing social media templates aligned with brand guidelines, client feedback, and current trends.
Develop and maintain content calendars and syndication schedules to ensure consistent posting.
Analyze social media metrics, insights, and best practices to improve campaign performance and results.
Generate detailed client reports on campaign progress and performance metrics.
Collaborate with designers, project managers, and other cross-functional team members on campaign execution.
Monitor platform performance and apply actionable insights to optimize ROAS and user engagement.

Requirements

Proven experience in a social media marketing role with a track record of driving positive ROAS for social media ad accounts.
Excellent writing, graphic design, presentation, and communication skills.
Hands-on experience with Meta Business Manager, Meta Ads Manager, and Pinterest Ads Manager.
Strong working knowledge of Instagram, Pinterest, and Facebook, with the ability to grow followers and generate engagement.
Proficiency in Google Analytics for analyzing campaign performance and generating insights.
Experience with design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar applications.
Solid understanding of online marketing trends and major marketing channels.
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Digital Marketing, Media Design, or a related field.
Experience with TikTok, Snapchat, Twitter (X), and LinkedIn is a plus.
At least 50 Mbps stable internet connection, backup internet, 8GB RAM, Core i5 or higher processor, working webcam, working mic and audio, and an organized workstation.
