Description

  • Generate, edit, and publish original social media content across text, image, and video formats.
  • Develop and implement social media advertising and management strategies based on research, audience targeting, and client goals.
  • Create visually appealing social media templates aligned with brand guidelines, client feedback, and current trends.
  • Develop and maintain content calendars and syndication schedules to ensure consistent posting.
  • Analyze social media metrics, insights, and best practices to improve campaign performance and results.
  • Generate detailed client reports on campaign progress and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with designers, project managers, and other cross-functional team members on campaign execution.
  • Monitor platform performance and apply actionable insights to optimize ROAS and user engagement.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a social media marketing role with a track record of driving positive ROAS for social media ad accounts.
  • Excellent writing, graphic design, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Business Manager, Meta Ads Manager, and Pinterest Ads Manager.
  • Strong working knowledge of Instagram, Pinterest, and Facebook, with the ability to grow followers and generate engagement.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics for analyzing campaign performance and generating insights.
  • Experience with design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar applications.
  • Solid understanding of online marketing trends and major marketing channels.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Digital Marketing, Media Design, or a related field.
  • Experience with TikTok, Snapchat, Twitter (X), and LinkedIn is a plus.
  • At least 50 Mbps stable internet connection, backup internet, 8GB RAM, Core i5 or higher processor, working webcam, working mic and audio, and an organized workstation.
