Description

  • Manage and coach Project Managers across Finance, Development, Success, and Media teams.
  • Create and maintain PMO standards, tools, and best practices that improve alignment and visibility.
  • Oversee project planning, tracking, and delivery to ensure work is completed on time and with quality.
  • Partner with department heads to align priorities, optimize workflows, and share best practices.
  • Develop documentation habits, reporting rhythms, and communication structures that increase transparency.
  • Monitor KPIs and performance metrics and keep leadership informed of progress and risks.
  • Identify opportunities to improve scalability, efficiency, and interdepartmental alignment.
  • Translate leadership goals into actionable plans that the PMO can execute effectively.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience leading or managing project management teams.
  • Proven experience managing cross-functional projects from concept to completion.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional planning, prioritization, and communication abilities.
  • Experience working across time zones and with distributed teams.
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana, ClickUp, or similar tools.
  • Data-driven and solution-oriented approach to leadership and problem-solving.
  • Calm and steady under pressure in fast-paced, evolving environments.
  • Preferred experience designing and scaling PMO systems from scratch.
  • Preferred background in marketing, finance, or operations within a fast-growing organization.
