Description

  • Create and deliver weekly and monthly client performance reports with a focus on accuracy and clarity.
  • Gather and consolidate campaign data from Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, Shopify, and HubSpot.
  • Translate marketing metrics into clear, digestible reports for account managers and clients.
  • Double-check reports for accuracy and consistency before submission.
  • Create and maintain standardized reporting templates for efficient, consistent reporting.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline the reporting process without sacrificing quality.
  • Work closely with account managers and internal stakeholders to align reporting timelines and expectations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers and project managers, as needed.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing data reporting or a similar reporting-focused role.
  • Proficient in pulling performance data from Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, Shopify, and HubSpot.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Able to present data clearly to account managers and other stakeholders for client-facing delivery.
  • Skilled in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP.
  • Familiarity with Google Data Studio is a plus.
  • Able to manage multiple reporting schedules and meet strict deadlines.
  • Interest in staying updated on new reporting tools and features within key marketing platforms.
  • At least 50 Mbps stable internet connection with backup internet.
  • At least 8GB RAM and a Core i5 or higher processor.
  • Perfectly working webcam, mic, and audio.
  • Organized workstation.
