Description

  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and communications for the Success team.
  • Partner with Client Success Managers to organize onboarding, campaign launches, and recurring deliverables.
  • Coordinate handoffs and alignment between Creative, Media, Success, Finance, and Technology teams.
  • Monitor project milestones and task completion across departments and track progress to completion.
  • Document communications, updates, and follow-ups in Airtable or Asana and maintain clear records.
  • Prepare project summaries and status updates for leadership review and visibility.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve cross-department efficiency.
  • Assist with onboarding and rollout of new initiatives to ensure consistent execution.
  • Maintain and update project templates and standardized systems for the Success department.

Requirements

  • Priority given to candidates located in the Republic of the Philippines.
  • At least 2 years of experience in project coordination, client success, or marketing operations.
  • Full-time availability (40 hours per week), working Mondays–Fridays, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM Pacific Time.
  • Familiarity with Airtable, Asana, HubSpot, and Google Workspace.
  • Experience in agency, franchise, or marketing environments (agency-minded).
  • Reliable home office setup with at least 50 Mbps stable internet connection and backup internet.
  • Computer with at least 16GB RAM and Core i5 or higher processor.
  • Perfectly working webcam and microphone/audio equipment.
  • Organized workstation and strong attention to detail.
  • Preferred: experience supporting multi-location or franchise accounts and background in digital marketing or creative project management.
