Description

  • Assist the compliance specialist in monitoring third-party email campaigns, social media, and other advertising channels.
  • Review emails and document compliance issues accurately in tracking systems.
  • Identify non-compliant activity such as missing opt-out links or unapproved creatives and escalate issues as needed.
  • Perform manual compliance checks and maintain tracking systems for publisher activity, suppression file downloads, and global opt-outs.
  • Maintain and update publisher contact information, consolidate duplicate records, and log publisher correspondence in CRM systems.
  • Monitor and resolve issues in automated workflows to maintain operational efficiency.
  • Audit and organize project management boards such as Monday.com to ensure data integrity.
  • Create workflows, custom fields, and automations for campaign setups.
  • Monitor timelines, deliverables, and cross-team workflows to help ensure deadlines are met.
  • Compile reports, track key metrics, and recommend process improvements for compliance and publisher operations.

Requirements

  • At least 50 Mbps stable internet connection.
  • Backup internet connection.
  • At least 8GB RAM.
  • Core i5 or higher processor.
  • Perfectly working webcam.
  • Perfectly working microphone and audio.
  • Organized workstation.
  • Familiarity with compliance tools such as Optizmo and Lashback is preferred.
  • Comfort using monitoring tools such as Google Alerts and performing manual checks when necessary.
  • Understanding of email marketing regulations such as CAN-SPAM and paid media compliance requirements.
