Description

  • Analyze business processes and identify opportunities to automate, streamline, and improve workflow execution.
  • Gather and document workflow requirements from stakeholders, functional teams, and program leadership.
  • Design workflow solutions, process maps, business rules, routing logic, approval chains, and exception handling procedures.
  • Configure, maintain, and support workflow functionality within SAP and related enterprise applications.
  • Create and maintain workflow templates, approval structures, task assignments, notifications, and escalation processes.
  • Monitor workflow performance and ensure proper execution of automated business processes.
  • Evaluate existing workflows and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency, accountability, and user experience.
  • Develop workflow test scenarios and support unit, integration, and user acceptance testing.
  • Provide workflow-related support for incidents, service requests, and user inquiries.
  • Develop user guides, process documentation, and training materials, and conduct knowledge transfer sessions.

Requirements

  • Active DoD security clearance with T5 investigation.
  • U.S. citizenship with an active Secret clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience supporting workflow design, business process automation, or enterprise business process management solutions.
  • Experience working with SAP workflow technologies or comparable enterprise workflow platforms.
  • Experience supporting SAP ERP, SAP S/4HANA, SAP Business Workflow, SAP Fiori Workflow, or SAP Business Process Management solutions (preferred).
  • Experience supporting Navy ERP, Navy ERP+, or other DoD enterprise systems (preferred).
  • Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into workflow solutions.
  • Strong understanding of business process analysis and process improvement methodologies.
  • Experience with process modeling tools and workflow visualization techniques (preferred).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
