Description

  • Own the product roadmap for your area, balancing clinical outcomes, regulatory requirements, and commercial priorities.
  • Lead structured discovery and user research to identify unmet needs and validate assumptions before building.
  • Partner with commercial and go-to-market teams to align product decisions with market opportunity, customer value, and business impact.
  • Collaborate with clinical advisors and end users to turn complex healthcare workflows into usable product experiences.
  • Define clear problem statements, success metrics, and acceptance criteria to guide engineering and design.
  • Contribute to product strategy, long-term vision, and strategic planning for the platform.
  • Help shape product development for a regulated environment by supporting ISO13485 and Class II certification and MDR/UKCA compliance.
  • Represent the voice of the user and the market internally through evidence-based decision making.
  • Work closely with clinical, engineering, data science, design, compliance, and customer success stakeholders to deliver products.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience, with a track record of shipping successful products in startups or high-growth environments.
  • Meaningful healthtech experience, including understanding clinician workflows, health system buying processes, and trust-building in regulated environments.
  • Hands-on experience in a Class II regulated product environment, including medical device regulation and quality management systems.
  • Strong commercial and business acumen, including business cases, market sizing, and go-to-market strategy.
  • Excellent user research and discovery skills, including running interviews, synthesizing insight, and turning ambiguity into product direction.
  • Comfort working across clinical, technical, and commercial stakeholders in complex environments.
  • Experience with AI-driven software development life cycles, including defining PRDs and requirements that support AI-native development.
  • Ability to define and implement processes to build and evaluate AI-native products.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML-powered products in a clinical setting (nice to have).
  • Working knowledge of the NHS, including how care is organized and how clinicians work day to day (nice to have).
