Description

  • Coordinate and manage client cases throughout the litigation lifecycle, including intake, discovery, trial preparation, and resolution.
  • Communicate regularly with clients to provide case updates and respond to questions or concerns.
  • Work with attorneys to prepare legal documents, gather and organize evidence, and develop case strategies.
  • Monitor compliance with court deadlines, statutes of limitations, and internal timelines.
  • Assist with discovery responses and the preparation of legal pleadings.
  • Maintain organized and accurate case files and supporting documentation.
  • Facilitate communication between clients, experts, and other stakeholders.
  • Research relevant case law, statutes, and regulations to support case strategy.
  • Assist with trial preparation, including exhibits, witness lists, and trial binders.

Requirements

  • Fluency in both English and Spanish.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a legal environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a client-service focus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal case management software.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Experience in personal injury litigation processes (preferred).
