Description

  • Build and manage Blueprint’s paid influencer program from sourcing and outreach through negotiation, contracting, content delivery, usage rights, and performance evaluation.
  • Own the earned influencer program, including tiering strategy, proactive seeding, gifting, ambassador relationships, and launch mailers.
  • Develop the creative approach for Blueprint’s presence in organic influencer content and cultivate a bench of engaged, brand-aware partners.
  • Partner with Paid Media to activate creator content through whitelisting, dark posting, and boosted distribution.
  • Translate paid-channel performance insights into actionable creative and talent briefs.
  • Develop the quarterly influencer roadmap aligned with campaign calendars, product launches, and brand moments.
  • Own budget allocation across paid partnerships, usage rights, and earned programs with accountability for ROI.
  • Define, track, and report KPIs across paid and earned influencer efforts for stakeholders and senior leadership.
  • Collaborate with Content and Creative to align messaging, asset formats, and storytelling across channels.
  • Build and document the operational infrastructure supporting influencer scale, including workflows, templates, logistics, reporting cadences, and tracking systems.
  • Manage agency and platform relationships and lead vendor evaluation and selection for influencer tools and tracking.

Requirements

  • 6-8+ years of influencer marketing experience within health, wellness, longevity, CPG, or lifestyle.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and manage both paid partnership programs and earned seeding at scale.
  • Strong working knowledge of paid social and creator amplification mechanics, including whitelisting, dark posting, usage rights, boosting, and paid/earned integration.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management experience across creator and agency deal structures, including multi-platform and usage rights agreements.
  • Proven data fluency and financial planning track record with budget ownership and clear spend rationale.
  • Ability to prioritize tradeoffs between partnership tiers and defend decisions with data.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage a high volume of active partnerships and campaigns simultaneously.
  • Experience building and scaling DTC and/or e-commerce influencer programs, especially for a supplement, health, or wellness brand.
  • Familiarity with FTC disclosure requirements and claim compliance in health/wellness influencer content.
  • Experience with influencer management tools such as AspireIQ, Grin, or similar platforms.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Creative, Affiliate, and UGC teams.
