Description

  • Lead field support efforts for Brooks across Specialty and Big Box accounts in the assigned territory.
  • Support sales and marketing teams with product launches, in-store merchandising, and grassroots programs.
  • Collaborate with sales management and marketing on national account sell-through programs and in-store promotions.
  • Educate and motivate retail associates, runners, and affiliates on Brooks technology and product leadership through clinics, visits, and events.
  • Represent Brooks at national and selected local running events and expos, including setup, breakdown, collateral distribution, consumer engagement, and product trial.
  • Complete weekly field notes with visit, clinic, and event details, along with product and competitor feedback.
  • Feature in product videos for YouTube, Myagi, educational platforms, and social media as needed.
  • Build and maintain relationships with local run crews and fitness studios to engage runners and promote the brand.
  • Manage the annual product seeding and corporate card budget, including monthly expense reports.
  • Maintain the appearance and functionality of Brooks equipment.

Requirements

  • Must live within 48 km of the designated territory and within the agreed-upon radius of the sales territory.
  • BA or BS degree in Marketing, Sales, Retail Management, or an equivalent combination of experience.
  • 1+ years of Marketing, Sales, or Retail experience required; 2+ years preferred.
  • Outdoor, sports, or athletic industry experience is highly preferred.
  • Knowledge of performance athletic footwear, sports bras, apparel, accessories, and related technologies.
  • Knowledge of human motion biomechanics and injury prevention basics is highly preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of retail math, inventory management, product merchandising, and retail selling skills.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and to manage calendars, contacts, and budgets.
  • Must be able to lift up to 23 kg, stand for long periods, travel extensively, work weekends and extended hours as needed, and have a personal vehicle with proof of a good driving record.
  • The pay range is $57,297 to $80,280 base salary, depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
  • Commission potential is available for this role.
