Description

  • Support and maintain Azure-based cloud infrastructure powering the Playa platform.
  • Manage and optimize Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) environments.
  • Assist in onboarding desktop products onto the Playa platform.
  • Support the implementation and rollout of new product features and add-ons.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and application-related issues.
  • Collaborate with development teams on .NET desktop application deployment and operation in the cloud.
  • Monitor system performance, availability, and reliability to ensure a strong user experience.
  • Contribute to automation and operational efficiency improvements.
  • Participate in incident management, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Document operational procedures, configurations, and best practices.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in cloud operations, infrastructure, or application support.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure.
  • Knowledge of Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with .NET desktop application environments and deployment considerations.
  • Understanding of cloud infrastructure, networking, and security principles.
  • Experience working in Agile/SCRUM environments.
  • Basic scripting or automation skills, such as PowerShell, are a plus.
  • Experience with monitoring, logging, and incident management tools.
