Description

Support and maintain Azure-based cloud infrastructure powering the Playa platform.
Manage and optimize Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) environments.
Assist in onboarding desktop products onto the Playa platform.
Support the implementation and rollout of new product features and add-ons.
Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and application-related issues.
Collaborate with development teams on .NET desktop application deployment and operation in the cloud.
Monitor system performance, availability, and reliability to ensure a strong user experience.
Contribute to automation and operational efficiency improvements.
Participate in incident management, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement efforts.
Document operational procedures, configurations, and best practices.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in cloud operations, infrastructure, or application support.
Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure.
Knowledge of Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) is highly preferred.
Familiarity with .NET desktop application environments and deployment considerations.
Understanding of cloud infrastructure, networking, and security principles.
Experience working in Agile/SCRUM environments.
Basic scripting or automation skills, such as PowerShell, are a plus.
Experience with monitoring, logging, and incident management tools.
