Description

  • Embed with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, RevOps, and Product teams to understand workflows, pain points, and repetitive tasks.
  • Design, build, and iterate on internal Claude skills, plugins, and automations that reduce manual work.
  • Identify and prioritize high-impact AI automation opportunities and drive them through completion.
  • Partner with Engineering on API integrations, scripts, and more complex tool integrations.
  • Maintain documentation, prompts, and configurations so internal AI tools are discoverable and reusable across the company.
  • Act as the internal AI expert by running demos, writing guides, and coaching teams on effective AI usage.
  • Stay current on the evolving AI tooling landscape and bring relevant capabilities back to Bridgit.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience building with LLMs and shipping real products using Claude, OpenAI, or similar models.
  • Strong familiarity with the Claude ecosystem, including prompt engineering, the API, Claude Projects, and ideally custom skills or MCP-based integrations.
  • Comfort with APIs, basic scripting in Python or JavaScript, and workflow automation tools such as Zapier or Make.
  • Experience working with or inside go-to-market teams such as Sales and Customer Success.
  • A product mindset focused on user problems and outcomes rather than features and demos.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to translate between technical AI capabilities and business workflows.
  • Fluency with AI tools through daily use, including awareness of their strengths and limitations.
  • Comfort working in ambiguity and building in a fast-changing environment.
  • Collaborative, low-ego working style with a focus on measurable impact.
  • Preferred: experience developing custom Claude skills or MCP-based integrations.
