Description

  • Accurately enter and update data in company databases, spreadsheets, and internal systems.
  • Build and maintain advanced Excel spreadsheets using formulas, pivot tables, and data validation.
  • Review data for errors, inconsistencies, or missing information and correct issues as needed.
  • Organize and maintain physical and digital records according to company procedures.
  • Generate routine and ad hoc reports from existing data sets for internal use.
  • Coordinate with team members to ensure timely and accurate data submissions.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company and client information at all times.
  • Assist with data audits and cleanup projects as assigned.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in data entry or an administrative support role.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data validation, conditional formatting, and macros.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Typing speed of at least 50 WPM with high accuracy.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data integrity.
  • Familiarity with database software or CRM systems is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Must be fluent in English.
  • Must be available to work 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM US Eastern Time (EST).
  • Fully remote position.
