Description

  • Oversee daily Material Stores and Line Material operations.
  • Manage warehouse inventory, including technical and non-technical materials.
  • Resolve issues related to inventory accuracy, parts issuing, shipping, receiving, stocking, and material handling.
  • Enter and maintain materials data in the company inventory system.
  • Coordinate movement of inventory, tooling, and special equipment with Maintenance Operations Control for AOG recovery.
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate adjustments with Maintenance, Purchasing, and other departments.
  • Perform inventory audits, inspections, reconciliations, and physical inventory counts.
  • Support calibrated tooling audits, shelf-life audits, and replacements for monthly regulatory compliance.
  • Prepare hazardous materials shipments in accordance with IATA regulations.
  • Coordinate with Engineering and Maintenance Planning to prepare fleet modification kits.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of experience with data entry or inventory management.
  • Strong technical and analytical background with ability to produce TRAX, Excel, and other reports.
  • Valid driver’s license with a driving record that meets Breeze Airways standards.
  • Ability to drive company vehicles, trucks, forklifts, and other Ground Service Equipment (GSE).
  • Ability to operate 5K and 15K forklifts for shipping and handling aircraft engines and GSE equipment.
  • Must pass Materials and General Maintenance Manual (GMM) training courses.
  • Must pass Dangerous Goods (DG) IATA and ground courses and maintain recurrent training.
  • Authorization to work in the U.S. as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986.
  • Pass a 10-year background check and criminal history records check (CHRC).
  • Valid passport with no restrictions for travel outside the United States.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a SIDA badge and appropriate airport authority and/or U.S. Customs security badges.
  • Must be fluent in English and at least 18 years of age.
  • Preferred: 4-year degree in Business, Aerospace, or a related field, or a certificate from an acceptable trade/technical school.
  • Preferred: Experience with the TRAX (M&E) inventory system.
  • Preferred: Warehousing or stockroom experience.
