Description

  • Work closely with GenAI Art Directors, Creators, and project managers to take work from concept through final delivery.
  • Create and adapt high-quality motion and video content using AI tools and traditional creative software.
  • Produce visual assets that meet client creative standards and scale across multiple brands and channels.
  • Develop social assets, TVC cutdowns, 2D animation, motion graphics, and other graphic elements from provided source assets.
  • Take projects from brief to completion while adding fresh ideas and staying within brand guidelines.
  • Own creative projects and deliver assets that meet briefs, design standards, and output specifications.
  • Edit, remaster, and adjust master assets for different crops, formats, and final delivery needs.
  • Pitch new approaches and concepts confidently to the creative team and clients.
  • Oversee preparation of all finished files to ensure they comply with the correct output specifications.
  • Maintain active AI proficiency through internal training and ongoing use of approved AI tools.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience as a motion designer in an advertising agency, in-house creative group, or related design studio.
  • Proven portfolio of motion design work that includes both traditional and AI-assisted projects.
  • Strong background in motion graphics and editing, including grading and sound design.
  • Experience with 2D animation workflows from concept development and storyboarding through final execution.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  • Working knowledge of GenAI tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, and Veo3.
  • Comfort with core GenAI techniques such as model selection, prompting, and collaborative AI-driven ideation.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot and correct subtle errors in GenAI outputs.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
  • English proficiency is required for this global role.
  • Willingness to adapt current workflows to include GenAI.
  • Hands-on experience delivering real-world creative using GenAI is desirable.
  • Awareness of legal and ethical considerations when using AI-generated assets.
