Description

  • Lead the concepting, design, and execution of motion graphics and animation for digital campaigns and content.
  • Translate complex briefs into innovative motion assets across multiple platforms.
  • Collaborate with creative strategists, copywriters, designers, AI creators, producers, and editors to deliver visual storytelling.
  • Mentor junior designers and help maintain a high standard of creative output.
  • Track motion design trends and recommend new creative approaches.
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and creative standards.
  • Manage end-to-end production of motion graphics and animated videos, including storyboards, style frames, and asset lists.
  • Oversee animation, editing, sound design, post-production, and final delivery.
  • Optimize content for web, social, mobile, and other digital platforms.
  • Archive and organize project files according to studio standards.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in motion design, animation, or a related creative field.
  • Proven experience delivering motion graphics for global brands or agencies.
  • Experience leading end-to-end video and animation production processes.
  • A portfolio demonstrating expertise in 2D/3D animation and visual storytelling.
  • Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary creative and marketing teams.
  • Prior experience mentoring junior designers or creative team members.
  • Experience working efficiently on tight deadlines and multiple projects.
  • Advanced proficiency with After Effects for motion graphics and animation.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro.
  • Experience with 3D software such as Cinema 4D, Blender, or Maya.
  • Knowledge of video editing, color grading, sound integration, rendering, and file optimization.
  • Experience integrating AI tools or assets into motion workflows is a plus.
  • Preferred experience in personal care brand work, social media content creation, performance marketing, and creative automation.
