Description

  • Collaborate across teams on project ideation, creation, implementation, and delivery.
  • Develop integrated design concepts and creative direction for digital, ecommerce, social, advertising, and motion projects.
  • Define visual look and feel across digital and motion design work.
  • Apply brand guidelines and adapt existing brand toolkits into fresh, engaging content.
  • Create responsive, user-centered web and email layouts.
  • Design digital marketing, social video, motion graphics, campaign, product, and commercial media assets.
  • Present work to internal teams and clients while managing workloads and timelines.
  • Maintain a fast-paced, responsive workflow across multiple projects and brands.
  • Stay current with design trends and content best practices.

Requirements

  • Approximately 10 years of experience, ideally in a digital or production agency environment.
  • Strong conceptualization, graphic design, animation, illustration, and typography capabilities.
  • Experience designing digital, social, web, ecommerce, advertising, motion graphics, and video content.
  • Ability to develop integrated design systems and reusable components across media specifications.
  • Ability to work independently, follow direction, and take initiative.
  • Strong project organization, resourcefulness, dedication, and ability to meet agreed deadlines.
  • Understanding of user-centered, mobile-first, ecommerce, and social content best practices.
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Must be based in South Africa and able to work remotely.
