Description

  • Own projects from initial brief through final delivery, overseeing every stage of production.
  • Develop project strategy, creative concepts, content, and campaign implementation.
  • Define campaign scope, estimates, schedules, and timing plans with clients and internal teams.
  • Prepare accurate budgets, secure client sign-off, and manage project finance throughout delivery.
  • Coordinate resources and schedule work to meet deadlines, live dates, and production timelines.
  • Manage stakeholder communication and align multiple client stakeholders behind integrated solutions.
  • Collaborate with creative, account management, production, and support teams to clarify requirements and resolve issues.
  • Source and manage production partners to deliver high-quality work across still and moving image productions.
  • Monitor delivery against scope, budget, and resourcing, and report progress through weekly updates.
  • Mentor junior team members and help close projects to required standards.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience managing post-production in a creative, events, or production agency.
  • Strong knowledge of AI, print, digital, and film production.
  • Experience leading digital content and social campaigns within a creative agency.
  • Ability to manage a heavy workload under pressure while prioritizing multiple tasks.
  • Strong track record of executing campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Understanding of current trends and developments in new media and technology.
  • Experience with resource and production services sourcing.
  • Knowledge of aspect ratios and shooting for various deliverables, including CGI pack replacements.
  • Experience in shoot production is advantageous.
  • Ability to persuade, negotiate, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Proactive, resilient, and able to identify and manage project risks.
