Description

  • Collaborate with GenAI Creators, Copywriters, Motion Designers, and Project Managers to develop campaigns across multiple formats and platforms.
  • Lead projects from strategic concept development through final execution, balancing traditional and AI-assisted approaches.
  • Develop and refine concepts, storyboards, and moodboards using GenAI tools to accelerate ideation and production.
  • Create and deliver marketing assets for digital and social channels, including static and video formats.
  • Build assets for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Google Display using the Pencil platform in response to client briefs.
  • Translate client briefs into insight, concept, copy, image generation, video generation, and final creative assembly.
  • Guide, inspire, and mentor designers and motion talent while helping expand team-wide GenAI proficiency.
  • Review and uphold the quality and consistency of creative output to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and client objectives.
  • Research, evaluate, and implement new GenAI tools and share learnings with the broader team.
  • Present creative work and pitch GenAI-powered ideas to clients, explaining their strategic and visual value.
  • Ensure timely, efficient delivery of finished assets across multiple projects.

Requirements

  • Art Direction or senior creative experience in an advertising agency, in-house creative team, or design studio, with exposure to motion or integrated digital campaigns.
  • A proven Art Direction portfolio showing hands-on traditional and AI-assisted work.
  • Experience directing multidisciplinary creative teams, including designers, motion artists, and editors.
  • Working knowledge of GenAI tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, and Veo3.
  • Hands-on experience with GenAI-driven ideation, prompt creation, and asset generation.
  • Strong critical eye for detail and the ability to spot and correct subtle errors in GenAI outputs.
  • Strong retouching skills.
  • Strong judgment for evaluating briefs and identifying where GenAI should be integrated for efficiency and impact.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • Advanced visual storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to present and rationalize concepts to clients and stakeholders.
  • Collaborative, proactive mentoring style with enthusiasm for upskilling others in new technologies.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • An optimistic and adaptable mindset regarding the opportunities and ethical considerations of GenAI in creative work.
