Description

  • Run creative and production processes from brief to final delivery.
  • Lead multiple mid- to high-complexity projects across different accounts and time zones.
  • Manage team delivery across deliverables such as email marketing and website content.
  • Receive new briefs and turn unclear briefs into well-prepared project briefs.
  • Scope, cost, and plan projects, including defining timelines and milestones.
  • Create stakeholder communication plans and run structured client and team kick-off meetings.
  • Coordinate project execution across participants, stakeholders, creative teams, and partners.
  • Monitor scope, budget, resources, progress, utilization, and team output.
  • Manage change control for scope, budget, timeline, or resource changes.
  • Maintain project documentation, close out projects, and drive continuous process improvement.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience managing projects successfully.
  • Experience across digital, technology, film, CGI, motion design, and/or print projects is preferred.
  • Experience managing projects across different sized accounts and across different time zones is preferred.
  • High level of English proficiency.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, including confidence in client-facing settings.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and experience with quality assurance processes.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Resilient mindset and ability to handle setbacks and challenges effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Zoom, Teams, and OMG; training provided for OMG.
