Description

  • Lead the conceptualization, design, and execution of motion graphics and animation for digital campaigns and content.
  • Create motion graphics and video content for global campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Translate complex briefs into innovative motion assets and visual stories.
  • Collaborate with creative strategists, copywriters, designers, AI creators, producers, and editors to deliver projects.
  • Mentor junior designers and help maintain high-quality team output.
  • Develop storyboards, style frames, and asset lists for production work.
  • Oversee animation, editing, sound design, post-production, and delivery workflows.
  • Ensure content meets brand standards, technical requirements, deadlines, and budgets.
  • Track motion design trends and recommend new creative approaches.
  • Archive, organize, and troubleshoot project files and production issues.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in motion design, animation, or a related creative field.
  • Proven experience delivering motion graphics for global brands or agencies.
  • Experience leading end-to-end video and animation production processes.
  • A portfolio demonstrating expertise in 2D/3D animation and visual storytelling.
  • Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary creative and marketing teams.
  • Prior experience mentoring junior designers or creative team members.
  • Ability to work efficiently on tight deadlines and multiple projects.
  • Advanced proficiency with After Effects.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro.
  • Experience with 3D software such as Cinema 4D, Blender, or Maya.
  • Knowledge of video editing, color grading, and sound integration.
  • Familiarity with rendering processes and file optimization for digital platforms.
  • Experience integrating AI tools or assets into motion workflows is a plus.
  • Experience in personal care brand work, social media content creation, performance marketing, or creative automation is preferred.
