Description

  • Take digital, print, and social content projects from brief through to completion.
  • Produce design ideas that meet the client’s brief and exacting standards.
  • Monitor output quality, accuracy, and consistency throughout production.
  • Develop and pitch new creative concepts to clients.
  • Repurpose and reformat assets into inspiring new content.
  • Work closely with client brand guidelines while bringing new ideas and creativity.
  • Manage the day-to-day running of projects within specified timeframes and budgets.
  • Lead the development of creative output in an entrepreneurial manner.
  • Research industry trends and developments in branding and marketing to stay at the forefront of creative excellence.
  • Build effective working relationships with colleagues and clients while providing excellent customer service.

Requirements

  • Experience in beauty and fashion brands is essential.
  • E-commerce experience is required.
  • 5+ years of experience in an advertising agency (preferred).
  • Familiarity with automation production.
  • Knowledge of Figma and Otomo.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects of varying sizes.
  • Strong client organisation, influence, and relationship-building skills.
  • Creative flair and art direction experience across platforms.
  • Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
  • Skills in responsive design for web, social, UI/UX, and digital trends.
  • Excellent typography, layout, and technical detail.
  • Experience with animation concept storyboarding.
  • Print collateral and branding experience.
  • Confidence communicating with teams and clients.
