Description

  • Vet and scope new client briefs and engagements with the sales team to ensure proposals align with Pencil Pro capabilities.
  • Provide technical feasibility guidance to protect delivery teams from over-commitment.
  • Partner with creative and business leadership to align technical workflow decisions with commercial and creative goals.
  • Scope pilot requirements with clients and internal teams, recommend AI solutions, and define KPIs.
  • Brief creative teams on objectives and deliverables and participate in key meetings to keep projects aligned.
  • Ensure smooth transitions from pilot work into managed service operations.
  • Troubleshoot and optimise creative workflows in Pencil Pro using technical solutions and best practices.
  • Champion GenAI platform adoption through workshops, demos, knowledge-sharing sessions, and training.
  • Communicate platform enhancements, legal/ethics policies, and process changes to relevant teams.
  • Build cross-functional relationships across sales, creative, client service, technology, and training teams.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a technology-driven, digital, or creative production environment, ideally as a platform lead, solutions architect, creative technologist, or similar.
  • Strong technical aptitude with a deep understanding of digital and creative production workflows.
  • Experience with GenAI tools or content platforms is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with sales, creative, delivery, and business teams to shape and scope client briefs.
  • Experience running project pilots to bridge concept and delivery.
  • Problem-solving skills to independently troubleshoot technical and workflow challenges.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain technical solutions to non-technical audiences.
  • A collaborative, proactive approach with the ability to build positive cross-functional relationships and promote knowledge sharing.
  • Sensitivity to creative and business processes, including knowing when to support and when to bring in subject matter experts.
  • Competency in Microsoft Office and other business tools.
