Description

  • Design, manage, and produce concepts through to final artwork for a wide range of digital outputs.
  • Work collaboratively across teams on ideation, creation, and implementation from start to finish.
  • Develop strong conceptual and integrated design solutions for web, ecommerce, social content, and digital marketing.
  • Create digital and social advertising assets that meet brand and client standards.
  • Define the look and feel of digital design projects while working within brand guidelines.
  • Implement existing brand guidelines and templates across projects.
  • Present work internally and to clients and manage workloads within agreed timelines.
  • Maintain a fast-paced, responsive workflow across multiple projects and brands.
  • Stay current with design trends and apply best practices for ecommerce, social assets, and mobile-first content.
  • Take creative briefs, manage quality across assigned jobs, and handle client liaison when needed.

Requirements

  • Experience working in an advertising agency or design firm.
  • A dense portfolio showing digital and moving image work.
  • Experience working with FMCG or health brands.
  • Social and video design experience is preferred.
  • A Visual Arts BS/BA degree is a plus.
  • A portfolio demonstrating ideas from concept through execution.
  • Strong understanding of graphic design and web technologies.
  • High level of craft in design, with strong layout and typography skills.
  • Proficiency with Adobe CC tools such as Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and Sketch, plus associated prototyping tools.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and work well with feedback in a collaborative team.
